Terms and Conditions

By registering a child for any session or service with Kidz Do Sportz, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration and Payment
All participants must be registered in advance through our official booking system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place in a class.
Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Attendance and Participation
Only registered children are allowed to participate in the sessions.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives on time and is collected promptly.
Children must wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for physical activity.
3. Conduct and Behaviour
We expect respectful and safe behaviour from all participants.
Any child whose behaviour endangers others or disrupts the session may be removed at the discretion of the coach or staff.
Persistent misconduct may result in removal from future classes without refund.
4. Health and Safety
Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs before the session.
First aid will be administered by trained staff in the event of an injury or illness.
We take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment but are not liable for injuries that may occur due to the nature of physical activity.
5. Photographs and Media
We may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional use (social media, website, marketing). Permission will be requested on booking forms.
Consent for media use is requested at the time of registration. If you wish to opt out, please contact us.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
All bookings are non-refundable.
Accidental purchases or booking errors must be reported immediately via email to kidzdosportz@gmail.com and will be reviewed case-by-case.
If we cancel a session (e.g. due to weather, staff absence), we will offer a rescheduled session or credit where possible.
7. Liability
Kidz Do Sportz is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought to sessions.
We accept no liability for any injury, damage, or loss caused, unless due to our proven negligence.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
